bQoran as a source of knowledge has been inspiring many things in human life. Its divine revelation has strong endurance to face the condition of scientific development. This paper try to elaborate the divine message on a bird, based on Qoranic statement, that is applied in constructing a nature-based algorithm called Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). The explanation extend from introducing the history of PSO, Qoran inspiration in PSO, basic optimization concept in Qoran, PSO in detail, and the simulation of the technique. From the explanation we may proof that Qoran as a divine revelation can align with scientific issue such as the technique.
