Abstract
Boarding schools have an important role in supporting integral religion-based education, especially in forming the Koranic generation through programs such as T3Q (Tahsin, Tahfidz, and Tadabbur). However, there are still many students who are not fluent in reading the Al-Qur'an according to tajwid, have difficulty understanding its contents, and are less consistent in memorizing the Al-Qur'an (tahfidz). At Athirah Bone Islamic High School, the success of this program is very dependent on the effectiveness of boarding school management, which includes planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. This condition demands more structured and sustainable management so that the T3Q program can run optimally and achieve the expected program objectives. This research aims to analyze the management of Boarding School Management in Improving the Quality of the T3Q Program (Tahsin, Tahfidz, and Tadabbur) at Athirah Bone Islamic High School, so that it can provide strategic recommendations for more effective and sustainable management. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. Interview subjects included boarding school principals, deputy principals, and dormitory supervisors. The data obtained will later be analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. To test the validation and validity of the data, use triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of this research reveal that first, Boarding School Management in Improving the Quality of the T3Q Program: Management of boarding schools at Athirah Bone Islamic High School through several stages, namely: a) holistic planning through division of tasks according to competency, b) structured organization including arrangements activity schedule and implementing the tahfidz program, c) effective implementation by creating innovative learning methods that suit student needs. d) evaluation that is consistent with summative and formative evaluation. Second, the contribution of boarding school management to the quality of the T3Q program includes: a) improving the quality of tahsin, developing memorization and understanding of the Al-Qur'an, b) increasing student discipline, c) creating a learning atmosphere that supports improving the quality of T3Q learning. third, Key Strategies for the Success of Boarding School Management in Improving the Quality of the T3Q Program include: a) Providing specialized T3Q Learning classes b) Appreciation of students who achieve viii memorization targets, c) consistent application of discipline.
