Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, and concentrated ownership on financial performance in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2017-2023 period. This study used a sample of 206 observations from 37 companies using the unbalance panel data method. The control variables used are independent commissioners, audit committee, size, and leverage. Hypothesis testing was carried out using eviews 12. The results showed that managerial ownership has a positive effect on financial performance, concentrated ownership has a negative effect and institutional ownership and foreign ownership have no significant effect on financial performance. The control variables used are independent commissioners, audit committees, size, and leverage have no significant effect on financial performance.
