Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational communication climate on employee work productivity in the Spinning 1 Department of PT. Kurios Utama. The organizational communication climate reflects the communication atmosphere formed within the organization and plays an important role in supporting the achievement of employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consists of 139 respondents selected using a simple random sampling technique. The research instrument is a Likert-scale questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The results show that the organizational communication climate has a significant influence on employee work productivity, contributing 73%, while the remaining 27% is influenced by other variables beyond the scope of this study. These findings indicate that aspects such as trust, information openness, participation in decision-making, and attention to shared organizational goals are important factors in improving work productivity.
