Abstract
Queueing is an important part of service systems, especially in the retail sector. This study analyzes the queueing system on the second floor of Manna Kampus C. Simanjuntak Yogyakarta using a Multi Channel Single Phase model with a quantitative approach. Primary data were collected through direct observation over four days during peak hours, then tested for distribution using SPSS and analyzed for performance using QSB+ and POM QM software. The results show that the optimal number of cashiers varies weekly, with the highest need being 6 cashiers in the first week (
