Abstract

Human resources (HR) are a very valuable asset for the company, and the quality of HR comes from how superior the performance of employees an organization has. This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy, remuneration, person organization fit, and leadership style on the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Medan S Parman employees. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a total of 37 respondents from Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Medan S Parman. The results showed that self efficacy, remuneration, person organization fit, and leadership style had an effect on employee performance. For future researchers, it can be a reference in conducting more recent research with future conditions related to banking institutions in the future with problems that exist in future situations.
