Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of macroeconomic variables on the growth of corporate sukuk in Indonesia by including global oil prices as a moderating variable during the period 2015–2024. The background of this research stems from the importance of promoting Sharia-based investment and the ever-changing dynamics of macroeconomic conditions. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing monthly secondary data analyzed through multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that inflation and the BI interest rate have a negative and significant impact, the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect, while the industrial production index has no significant effect. Furthermore, global oil prices are proven to significantly moderate the relationship between the exchange rate and interest rate with sukuk growth.
