Abstract

This research aims to 1) Produce an integrated physics e-module incorporating local potential for high school/Islamic high school (SMA/MA) students, 2) Determine the quality of the integrated physics e-module incorporating local potential for SMA/MA students, and 3) Assess student responses regarding the integrated physics e-module incorporating local potential for SMA/MA students. This research is an R&D (Research and Development) study using the 4D model developed by Thiagarajan and adapted based on Endang Mulyatiningsih, involving four main steps: (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, and (4) Disseminate. However, this study was conducted only up to the Develop stage, specifically limited testing. The research instruments included a product validation sheet for material and media experts, a product quality assessment sheet for material experts, media experts, and high school/Islamic high school teachers, as well as a student response questionnaire. For data analysis, validation results were analyzed descriptively, assessment results were analyzed using a Likert scale presented in a checklist format, and student responses were analyzed using a Guttman scale also presented in a checklist format. The developed research output is an e-module integrated with the local potential of the gamelan musical instrument. The quality of the developed e-module, based on material expert assessment, was rated as good with an average score of 3.15. Meanwhile, based on media expert and teacher assessments, it was rated as very good with average scores of 3.5 and 3.66, respectively. Student responses were categorized as agreeing with an average score of 0.92. The results of this study indicate that the developed e-module can be used as one of the learning resources for Physics in SMA/MA.
