Abstract
This research aims to describe the concept, implementation, and implications of internalizing P5-PPRA (Pancasila Student Profile and Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin Student Profile) values through Ende Flores cultural traditions at MAKN Anaraja in the 2024/2025 academic year. The study is motivated by the implementation of each stage in the process of internalizing P5-PPRA values through Ende Flores cultural traditions, categorized into three cultural art practices: the symbolic meaning of Ende woven sarong motifs, the philosophical meaning of Gawi Narro Ende traditional dance, and the philosophical meaning of Ende regional songs, specifically "Iye Iye" and "Ana Sai Nabe". However, there are inhibiting factors, including limited teaching materials related to Ende culture and limited facilities. Therefore, the madrasah needs to take alternative solutions and appropriate steps to provide supporting facilities such as literature and musical instruments and optimize the program to strengthen the Pancasila student profile and Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin student profile through Ende culture. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type that describes empirical reality behind the phenomenon in detail, depth, and thoroughly in writing. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this research are: (1) The concept of internalizing P5-PPRA values through Ende cultural traditions at MAKN Anaraja is a crucial process in shaping students' personalities and behaviors by integrating these values into themselves, thereby helping to develop strong and positive character; (2) The implementation of internalizing P5-PPRA values through Ende cultural traditions, including the symbolic meaning of Ende woven sarong, Gawi Narro Ende dance, and Ende regional songs titled "Iye-Iye" and "Ana Sai" at MAKN Anaraja, involves several stages: value transformation, value transaction, and trans-internalization. The supporting factors include competent teachers, support from parents and the community, and students' awareness and active participation. However, there are also inhibiting factors, such as limited teaching materials related to Ende culture and limited facilities; (3) The implications of internalizing P5-PPRA values through Ende cultural traditions at MAKN Anaraja have a positive impact on students, making them better in thinking, attitude, and behavior. Additionally, the madrasah has also experienced significant changes in the quality of education, madrasah culture, and community collaboration.
