Abstract

This research used qualitative methods. The purpose of this research to establish a pattern or formula of the community learning strategy through Pustaka Keliling Adil. The data were collected by observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis in this research used the theory of Matthew B. Miles & A. Michael Huberman, which include data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results from this research are the community learning strategy through Pustaka Keliling Adil in Ledok Tukangan Yogyakarta includes: the first is formulation of learning objectives. Learning objectives in Pustaka Keliling Ledok to make the communities be able to apply what they gained in their daily activities then they have a new habit that more useful in their life, forming the society to be valued society so that they can be agent of change for their environment. Secondly are sets of learning approaches. The learning approaches used include psychological approach, historical approach, cultural approach, social approach. The third is delivery materials. Learning materials provided include religious and life skills. The fourth is using of the method. The using of learning method are classical method, stories, discussions, and practices. The fifth is paying attention the supporter factors and inhibiting factors in learning that they are divided into two aspects: internal and external. The last is doing evaluation learning by achieving control over the programs through using the final report. Keywords: community learning strategies, public library
