Abstract
This study was conducted at MI Al-Huda Karangnongko, Depok District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta, with the following objectives: 1) To determine the effectiveness of the Nussa and Rara animated series in fostering tolerance among students in Pancasila education classes, 2) To determine the effectiveness of the Nussa and Rara animated series in fostering creativity among students in Pancasila education classes. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental method. The experimental method used was quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent control group design. The population of this study was fourth-grade students at MI Al-Huda Karangnongko. The research sample consisted of class IV C as the experimental class and class IV A as the control class, which were selected using purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used tolerance character questionnaires and student creativity tests. The data analysis used normality tests, Levene's test of homogeneity, independent sample t-tests, and N-Gain. The results of this study indicate that all research instruments meet the criteria for validity and reliability and are therefore suitable for use. The t-test shows that there are significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in terms of tolerance (p=0.000) and creativity (p=0.000). The average N-Gain value for tolerance was 59.13 (sufficient category) and creativity was 58.26 (sufficient category), indicating a fairly effective increase in both variables. The conclusion of this study is that the Nussa and Rara animated series is effective in fostering tolerance and creativity in students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.
