Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, organizational commitment, and self-control on cyberloafing behavior among employees of BPRS Al Mabrur Klaten. This study used quantitative research methods and was processed using SmartPLS version 4. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 32 respondents. Data for the study were obtained from a questionnaire. The results showed that work stress had no effect on cyberloafing behavior. Meanwhile, organizational commitment and self-control each had a negative and significant influence on cyberloafing behavior among employees of BPRS Al Mabrur Klaten.
