Abstract

Prophetic leadership is seen as relevant and able to answer the crisis of commitment, credibility, and responsibility that is currently a problem in educational leadership practice. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, organization in prophetic leadership management and analyze the contribution of prophetic leadership management in improving the professionalism of teachers at SDIT Assalaam Sanden. The research method used is qualitative through observation, interviews, and document review to examine aspects of planning, implementing, and organizing prophetic leadership and its contribution to teacher professional improvement. In the data analysis process, referring to the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, it includes three aspects, namely data condensation, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verification, while the validity of findings is strengthened through the extension of observation and the use of sources, methods, and time triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that first, prophetic leadership planning at SDIT Assalaam is structured in a directional manner through the integration of ṣidīq, amanah, tablīgh, and fathanah values into the formulation of school vision, programs, and strategies. Second, the implementation of prophetic leadership is reflected in scheduled coaching activities, the implementation of academic supervision, and an open communication pattern so as to encourage active participation from teachers. Third, organization in prophetic leadership is built through a balanced distribution of tasks as well as intersectoral coordination, which results in an effective work system with a strong Islamic character. Fourth, the contribution of prophetic leadership management in improving teacher professionalism is characterized by improving teachers' pedagogical, professional, personality, and social competencies through various continuous development programs, such as seminars, supervision, and learning communities. Thus, prophetic leadership is a strategic element in forming educators who are adaptive, competent, and responsive to the dynamics of contemporary education.
