Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Islamic financial literacy, brand image, motivation, and promotion on the interest of MSMEs in choosing BSI microfinance using a quantitative approach on culinary MSMEs in Yogyakarta. The regression results show that Islamic financial literacy, brand image, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on interest, while promotion has no significant effect. These findings confirm that MSME decisions are more influenced by product understanding, institutional reputation, and business needs than promotional activities. This study provides an empirical overview of the main factors that shape MSME interest in choosing sharia-based microfinance.
