Abstract

Performance measurement in supply chain management systems plays an important role in assessing the operational effectiveness of a company and as a basis for improving overall performance. PT X is a company engaged in the production of poultry feed that faces a number of obstacles in its supply chain, some of which include production limitations, uncertainty of raw material stocks, and complaints from farmers. This study aims to assist the company in conducting supply chain performance measurement that provides a comprehensive overview of the current state of the poultry feed supply chain's performance, while identifying indicators requiring performance improvements. The methods used in this study are the Supply Chain Operation Reference Digital Standard (SCOR DS) as the basis for determining the performance indicators to be used and the Analytical Network Process (ANP) to obtain the weight values for each performance indicator through pairwise comparisons based on the level of interdependence between performance indicators. Then, the weighting results are used in the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method for the scoring system process or the process of calculating the performance value of each performance indicator, which is then classified using the Traffic Light System (TLS). The results of the study show that the total overall performance score is 8.4051, which is considered quite good. Of the 22 Key Performance Indicators measured, 16 indicators are in the green category, indicating that the performance targets have been achieved. Meanwhile, there are 6 indicators that have not yet reached their targets, consisting of 2 indicators in the yellow category and 4 indicators in the red category. These performance indicators that have not yet been achieved need to be prioritized as a focus for improving the performance of PT X.
