Abstract
This study aims to investigate the influence of financial report quality and the presence of woman on boards of directors n investment efficiency. The population used in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample size was 2018-2024. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Based on this sampling technique, 111 companies were selected, resulting in 777 observations. This study used panel data regression analysis with the help of STATA 17 software. The results that te quality of financial reports influences investment efficiency. Female CEOs, on other hand, did not influence investment efficiency.
