Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of digital productive waqf from an Islamic legal perspective and its impact on the welfare of the community. The research method used was quantitative, with primary data collected through purposive sampling, and 142 respondents from various regions in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 25 software. The results indicate that digital productive waqf management has a significant impact on improving the welfare of the community. From an Islamic legal perspective, digital waqf still fulfills the pillars and requirements of waqf. Therefore, it is valid according to Islamic jurisprudence if managed according to Sharia principles. From a socio-economic perspective, digital productive waqf contributes to increased income, access to social services, and community empowerment.
