Abstract

This study aims to examine the planning and implementation process of the Muslimah Force study program at the Nurul Ashri Mosque. The mosque serves not only as a place of worship, dhikr (remembrance of God), and zakat (alms) collection, but also as a social activity platform actively promoting spiritual and psychological da'wah (Islamic outreach). Through the routine and ongoing implementation of the Muslimah Force study program, the mosque provides solutions for women in improving their spiritual and psychological well-being. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results indicate that the activities carried out by the management and volunteers in the Muslimah Force study program have a positive impact on the participation of female congregants. This program strengthens the sense of caring for oneself and others, maintaining mental health, and fostering closeness to God. This study demonstrates that it provides a means of spiritual and psychological empowerment and recommends the development of a more comprehensive and sustainable program within the Muslimah Force study to strengthen the planning system for mosque empowerment.
