Abstract

Amidst the growth of the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia, other challenges such as service quality, product innovation, and competent human resource capabilities arise along with this growth. Thus, it is important for companies to realize that in this case, human resources play a crucial role in achieving the effectiveness of organizational goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived organizational support and organizational justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through job satisfaction among Islamic bank employees in Klaten Regency. Testing was conducted on 45 respondents according to the criteria using SEM-PLS. The results showed that perceived organizational support had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and OCB. Meanwhile, Organizational Justice only had a significant positive effect on OCB through Job Satisfaction. Job satisfaction also had a positive effect on OCB and was able to mediate both exogenous variables on OCB.
