Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of environmental, social, and governance factors, institutional ownership, and cash holdings on firm value. The study uses a population of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2024. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 353 company observations. The data analysis technique used was panel data regression with a fixed-effects model (FEM) and robust standard errors using STATA 17 software. The results indicate that environmental and social factors have a negative and significant effect on firm value. Governance, institutional ownership, and cash holdings have a positive and significant effect on firm value.
