Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance and operational efficiency on financial stability in Islamic Commercial Banks. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from financial reports. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was conducted using t-tests (partial) and F-tests (simultaneous). The results show that partially, the board of commissioners variable has a positive and significant effect on financial stability. Meanwhile, the board of directors, sharia supervisory board, and BOPO variables showed insignificant results. Simultaneously, the independent variables have a significant effect on financial stability.
