Abstract

Employee resilience is a crucial skill needed to face various challenges and pressures in the workplace. The level of employee resilience can be influenced by various factors, such as the work environment, social support, religiosity, and self-development. Therefore, this study aims to analyze these four factors on employee resilience at BMT Beringharjo Yogyakarta. A quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique was used, involving 40 employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results show that the work environment and self-development have a significant positive effect, while social support and religiosity have no significant effect.
