Abstract

Employee loyalty is an important factor for banking organizations in maintaining sustainable performance and service quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of mental health, passion, employee engagement, and organizational support on Generation Z employees' loyalty in the banking sector. This study employed a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires and analyzing them using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results indicate that passion and employee engagement have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Meanwhile, mental health and organizational support do not have a significant effect on employee loyalty. However, simultaneously, mental health, passion, employee engagement, and organizational support significantly influence employee loyalty. The findings suggest that factors originating from within employees, particularly passion and employee engagement, play a stronger role in shaping Generation Z employee loyalty in the banking sector.
