Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of public intention to donate (infak) through QRIS in the digital finance era using an extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework. Employing a quantitative approach and SEM-PLS analysis, this research examines the influence of perceived usefulness, ease of use, and security, as well as the moderating role of Islamic financial literacy. The results reveal that perceived usefulness and security are the primary significant drivers of the intention to donate, while perceived ease of use does not significantly influence the digital-native generation. Furthermore, Islamic financial literacy is proven to moderate the effect of perceived security but tends to weaken the impact of other technical aspects. These findings indicate that strengthening security systems and educating on Islamic values are key to optimizing digital donation collection through QRIS platforms.
