Abstract
Natural resources are a potential reasource that can be exploited by human being to improve their welfare. In general, natural resources in the earth can be grouped into three, namely: unrenewable natural resources, renewable natural resources, and natural resources that are continuous like the sun and the pouer of mind. The change on a variable of the natural resources Ml cause the happen of the change of process on the environment leading to the new balance. The change can be regarded as a environmental damange if it causes financial loss for human being or chants the condition of the universal surrounding.
