Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Exchange Rate, Money Supply, and BI Rate on inflation in Indonesia. The population of this study includes economic data related to annual data on Exchange Rate and Money Supply in Indonesia, with a sample from 1985-2024 obtained from the World Bank, and annual BI Rate data from 1985-2024, obtained from Bank Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative with the VECM method to examine the relationship between independent variables Exchange Rate, Money Supply, BI Rate and the dependent variable Inflation. The results of this study indicate that the BI Rate has a negative effect on inflation, the Money Supply has a significant positive effect in the long term, and the Exchange Rate does not have a significant effect on inflation. This study emphasizes the importance of maintaining the stability of Exchange Rate, Money Supply, and BI Rate as monetary policy instruments in maintaining the stability of inflation and Indonesia's economy
