Abstract

Digital transformation has encouraged educational institutions to adopt various digital systems to support academic and administrative activities. MTs Nur Iman Mlangi has implemented several digital systems to support these activities, creating a need for an integration plan that considers organizational activities, user requirements, and the madrasah's internal and external conditions. This study aims to identify the existing conditions and requirements of digital systems, analyze organizational activities and internal and external factors influencing system integration, and develop prioritized requirements and an implementation roadmap. A qualitative case study approach was employed. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and an open-ended questionnaire involving seven informants. The data were analyzed using NVivo for coding, followed by Value Chain and SWOT analyses, while the MoSCoW Framework was used to prioritize system requirements. The findings identified 10 system requirements, including internal digital system integration, a centralized database, an internal data repository, strengthened information technology infrastructure, integrated attendance data management, a monitoring dashboard, administrative process automation, integrated information access, automated academic reporting, and user capacity development. MoSCoW prioritization resulted in 5 Must Have, 6 Should Have, and 1 Could Have requirements, with no requirements classified as Won't Have. Based on these priorities, a three-phase implementation roadmap was developed, consisting of System Foundation Strengthening, Operational Optimization, and Service Development. This study provides a digital system integration planning recommendation that can serve as a reference for MTs Nur Iman Mlangi in developing its internal digital systems incrementally according to prioritized requirements and organizational readiness.
