Abstract
NU Online is the official mobile information system of Nahdlatul Ulama, serving as a portal for moderate Islamic religious information, worship guidance, and religious social services (ZISIS) for millions of users across Indonesia. The success of this application depends not only on feature completeness but also on internal technical quality (Static Analysis/SA) and external experiential quality (User Interface/User Experience or UI/UX) as perceived by users. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Static Analysis and UI/UX on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), the effect of UAT on User Satisfaction, and to build an integrated structural model linking these four variables in the context of the NU Online application. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software, combining secondary data from a Static Analysis audit with primary data collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 active users of the NU Online application, selected through purposive sampling. The results show that System Architecture (SA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and UI/UX each have a positive and significant effect on User Satisfaction, with UAT as the most dominant factor (path coefficient = 0.351; T-statistics = 4.218; p < 0.05), followed by UI/UX (path coefficient = 0.308) and System Architecture (path coefficient = 0.298). Collectively, these three variables explain 72.9% of the variance in User Satisfaction (R² = 0.729), with strong predictive relevance (Q² = 0.412). These findings confirm that integrating technical architectural quality with user interface experience quality is equally important for enhancing user acceptance and satisfaction in religious mobile applications. This study offers practical recommendations for the NU Online management team to invest in a balanced manner in both system security/reliability and interface design in order to optimize application performance.
