Abstract
This study analyzes the effect of green innovation and profitability on firm value with firm size as a moderating variable in industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2024 period. This research employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the assistance of Stata 17 software. The results indicate that green innovation has no effect on firm value, and profitability also has no effect on firm value. In addition, firm size is unable to moderate the relationship between green innovation and firm value. However, firm size is able to strengthen the positive and significant effect of profitability on firm value. These findings suggest that investors in the industrial sector tend to place greater emphasis on the stability of large-scale companies in responding to profitability rather than on the implementation of green innovation when determining firm value.
