Abstract
Measuring performance were needed to make internal benchmarking for developing the study program. The performance score of study program in UIN was investigated using data of graduated student's GPsl period May to Januari. The performance score for every period was obtained by multiply graduate student's GPA to weighted study time. The average score of each study program then clustered by dendogram using SPSS 13.0. Clustered showed the level of performance. We obtained that Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Arab and A-l-Ahwal A.sy-Syakhsiyyah were in the highest clustered level.
