Abstract
Islam is a religion of the world. Islam not only belongs to all people and its teaching encompass all aspects human life, but also Islam, itself, gives birth to the teaching which strengthen its universality. One of the teachings of Islam is mysticisme (tasawuf) that posses so many schools, especially the school that has been institutionalized through tarikat. The popular tarekat that is well known and has many fellowers is Tarekat Qadiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah which concentrated in Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya, Tasikmalaya, West Java. This tarekat gave many contributions, especially in building caracter and spritual. Recently, Pesantren Suryalaya is more popular for its Pondok Inabah, as an institutional that has a role in taking care of narkoba's victim. How does the function of institution and meaning of religiousity through Pondok Inabah, this writing will discuss it.
