Abstract

A proselytizers an opinionleader is one who is capable to influence someone else well, informally and contantly, principally in religious aspect. A proselytizer have substantive and methodologic competenly and also tobe at one with the youth community. The proselytizer and the youth interaction continuously in the honor councils to exchange knowledges and experiences making easier for the youth to internalized the value of rabbaniyah and ribbiniyah. It will be processed by four steps; the fist; is to make ripen the value in this step, the youth need information will be got from the interaction between the honor councils members. The second step; is this result of the observation in the situation process of the honor councils will stabilize and strengthen the decission that have been dicided. The third step; is the application of the decision, the youth will be seen active in praying. The four step; is the youth have hod potterned and directed behaviour. Now, the youth have became the perfect Moslem (insane kamil).
