Abstract
In this article want to describe and analyzing about Suramadu bridge development and Bassra religious leader part. In this Suramadu bridge development, economic aspect is very dominant factor and be a principal aim. Everyone knows that poverty is really being multidimensional problem; it is not just economy side, but social, culture and political dimension. By theory of conflict analysis revealed that conflict happen on land private problem caused by various importances. Conflict of land matter on development system. It is too capitalist minded; that is always depress to economy aspect only. It just how to reaches profit as much as possible. Another aspect like political aspect and culture aspect are ignored. Finally, very complex problem turn up. It is need a resolution to muffle and minimize that conflict. Because that conflict can not settle, but it needs conflict management as a perspective. The success of Suramadu Bridge development can not be released from of Madura society culture background and Bassra religious leader.
