Abstract

This article offers an alternative notion about activities can be done by UIN Sunan Kalijaga organizers in term of enterpreneurship. This is based on, in one hand, the strategic geographical location of UIN SUKA, the huge number of UIN SUKA's work units as well as people, and the limited government's fund allocation. In other hand, the need level of fund for UIN SUKA's activities rises time by time. Hence, real actions to bring the notion into reality is urgently needed in order to: firstly, developing potentials UIN SUKA possesses (especially the enterpreneurship aspect) so the potentials are not useless. Secondly, enhancing the welfare of UIN SUKA people and people in its neighborhood. Thirdly, to gain enough money for UIN SUKA's activities cost which is estimated to be bigger and bigger time by time. Ideally, this has to be fulfilled in order to make UIN SUKA's services better (professionalism improvement), both for the UIN SUKA people and for its stakeholders.
