Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the implementation of Indonesia National Standard ( SNI ) 7329:2009 in MAN LAB library of UIN of Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research was to provide input and as stimulus to increase the implementation of SNI 7329:2009. This research used qualitative method by evaluation approach. Method of data collection used observation, interview, and documentation. To analyze data, it used Arikunto’s theory i.e. descriptively by classifying it into analysis data group, qualitative and quantitative. Meanwhile validity test in this research was conducted by, i.e. credibility, transferability, dependability, confirmability. Result of this research is the implementation of SNI 7329:2009. MAN LAB library of UIN has been able fullfiled in criteria of material processing, maintenance of library material, human resource, management of library, tools and equipment, and cooperation of library. Meanwhile for collection criteria, space, fund, and information technoloy and communication had not been fulfilled yet. In addition fund is barrier for MAN Lab library of UIN to fulfil all criteria existing in SNI 7329:2009. Keyword: evaluation library, school library, implementation of SNI 7329:2009.
