Abstract
Penelitian yang dilakukan di Komplek Tahfidz Aisyah PP. Krapyak Yayasan Ali lvlaksum ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya problematika yang dialami santri Aliyah yang menghafalkan Al-Qur'an. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah manajemen waktu dan fluktuasi semangat para santri dalamdalam menjalani profesinya sebagai santri dan siswa.
