Abstract
Yogyakarta is one of cities in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Province. This city has various characteristic and culture, include the variety of the culinary. This causes many kinds of restaurants, café, and gift shops which are still grown by the industrialist in culinary field. This system implement the concept of client-server which is used internet connection using GPS (Global Positioning System) on Android platform. This system is using Google Maps API library as the service visual maps. The development system method which is used in this system is SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method, there are five phases in the method, and they are: analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. Haversine Formula is also used in this system to show the nearest distance from user to the culinary location. This system is able to show the culinary location as requested and shows the information connected to the location (name, address, contact number, etc.) Besides, the system is also able to show the nearest culinary location to the user which is equipped with the route heading to the location. Based on the functional system test result, 100% of the respondent agree that the application that has been made work perfectly. Based on interface system test result shows that 43,3% strongly agree, 50,0% agree, 6,7% neutral, 0% disagree and 0% strongly disagree.
