Abstract
Lizard (Varanusyuwonoi) is one of the endemic species on the island Papua. The aims of the research were to know the histologi of the Kidney, Testes, and Hemipenisof Lizard (Varanusyuwonoi). And then to analyze descriptively.The Histological view of the Kidney showed some Proximal convoluted tubules, distal convoluted tubules, glomerolus and lumen. Testicular specimen of Lizard (Varanus yuwonoi) consist of tubuli seminiferi, Interstisial cells (Leydig), lumen and spermatogonia. Hemipenis consist of Corpus spongium inside the hemipenis and Corpora covernosa on the out side part of Hemipenis.
