Abstract

This research aimed to describe and analyze whether library management of SMA N 1 Sambi Boyolali have been met SNI 7329:2009. It was a qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research was library of SMA N 1 Sambi Boyolali. While Object of this research is library of SMA N 1 Sambi. Measurement tool used was SNI 7329:2009. It included library organization, library collection, processing collection, preservasi collection, library human resource, library services, library cooperation, library promotion and budget. Data collection methods conducted by observation, interview and documentation. Data validity test used credibility test (internal validity), dependability (reliability) and confirmability (objectivity). The data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis.. The result revealed that partly library of SMA N 1 Sambi Boyolali have met SNI 7329:2009, it was 22,22%. The researcher suggest library of SMA N 1 Sambi Boyolali to improve their management in order to meet SNI 7329:2009 concerning well-organized library in terms collection development, library services, library human resource, library cooperation, library promotion, library budget and information technology utilization of library.
