Abstract

This research aims to determinate the kinds of technology which used at Ministry of Religion office in Yogyakarta, especially on system applications and internet service, also to inspect whether social factor, complexity and condition of information and technology benefit have influence to employee morale. This research using all Ministry of Religion office employee in Yogyakarta as population while using convenience sampling as sampling method and obtained around 40 people as sample which before were calculated using Slovin formula. Research result indicated that Ministry of Religion office has many kind of information system and website. From statistic analysis, all questionnaire data were valid and reliable, free from multicolonierity, doesn't occur heteroscedasticity, and data were normal ditributed, also obtained a model regression equation as follows: Y = 0,361 X1 + 0,704 X3 – 0,198 Based on equation above, the most influential variable is condition of information and technology benefit (X3) with regression coefficient value 0,704, while the less influential variable is social factor (X1) with regression coefficient value 0,361. For best results, must adding another variable beside variable that being used in this research.
