Abstract

The development of a business activity, it can be seen from the property / finance company itself. Accounting information in the world of business plays a very important because it can provide information about transactions within the company to the parties concerned. To determine the company's financial condition, it is necessary to the financial statements. This research aims to develop a financial information system using the prototype method and implement of financial information systems on Azzahra salon and spa muslimah. The flow research is the identification of problems, problem analysis, requirements analysis, design, implementation, application, and testing. System modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The programming language used is Yii PHP Framework with MySQL databases. This research resulted in a prototype system of financial information on Azzahra salon and spa muslimah that covers financial module of income, annual income, balance sheet, cash flow, transfer of goods, a list of items, journals, ledgers. The results of testing the system with 10 respondents, consisting of one person business owners, two person's financial staff, and 7 staff members show that the system has worked well and has the look of a comfortable and easy to use.
