Abstract

Sanata Dharma Pharmacy is a public facility in the pharmaceutical field. It has implemented information technology to do the pharmaceutical job. With the use of pharmacy information system, data can be managed easily. However, along with the implementation of information system, it becomes necessity to protect the data owned by Sanata Dharma Pharmacy. While the understanding of pharmacy information security system is still lacking. Therefore, to achieve the security of pharmacy information system it is necessary to perform an audit using ISO/SNI 27001 standard. This ISO/SNI 27001 standard is a standard document for Information Security Management System (ISMS). This standard also has a complete clause to determine the security of information system. This audit use control target contained in ISO/SNI 27001. The clauses used are A.7 Asset Management, A.9 Physical And Environmental Security, and A.11 Access Control. This research resulted in an assessment of Sanata Dharma Pharmacy information system security with maturity level of 1,8 (Repeatable but Intuitive). It means that information system security of Sanata Dharma Pharmacy is good enough, but the management of Sanata Dharma Foundation needs more attention about the importance of understanding information system security by the employee.
