Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of service quality circulation pemustaka RFID-based library of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This research was descriptive quantitative. The variable in this study is a single variable that is the perception of service quality circulation pemustaka based RFID technology in the Library of UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Sub variables consists of five sub pemustaka variable is the perception of the physical evidence, perception pemustaka in reliability, perception pemustaka to responsiveness, perception pemustaka against collateral, the perception of the attention pemustaka / empathy which is then broken down into indicators that consists of 32 statements. Sample collection techniques in this peneliatian is incidental sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Analysis of data using mean and the grand mean. The results obtained from the formula of the mean and the grand mean of each sub variables for sub variables pemustaka perception of the Physical Evidence- Based RFID Circulation Services UIN Sunan Kalijaga In the library amounted to 3.04 can be diketegorikan good, Perception pemustaka the reliability of RFIDBased Services Circulation UIN Sunan Kalijaga in the Library of 3.26 can diketegorikan very good, Perception pemustaka Response to RFID-Based Services at the Library Circulation UIN Sunan Kalijaga by 3.13 can diketegorikan good, Perception pemustaka the RFID-Based Security Services at the Library Circulation UIN Sunan Kalijaga by 3,22 can diketegorikan good, Perception Attention pemustaka against Empathy-Based RFID Circulation Services UIN Sunan Kalijaga In the Library of 3.26 can diketegorikan very well. As for the overall average value of the five sub-variables are calculated with the formula grand mean menngunakan obtained yield was 3,19 and can diketegorikan well. So the results of these calculations pemustaka known that the perception of the quality of services based on RFID in Libraries circulation UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta based on calculations using interval scale formula is fair. But there are some things that need to be noticed, such as the library of UIN Sunan Kalijaga should add RFID-based circulation device service returns.
