Abstract

Research of The Circulation Service at Adiba Library of SDIT Luqman Al Hakim International (The Evaluation Performance of the Library Automation System Based on The Program of IBRA V6 at Circulation Process) aim to evaluating the performance of the library automation system based of IBRA V6 in the circulation process. This research included evaluating formatif research with qualitative approximation method that focused on borrowing and returning collections. The method and collection data technique using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis based on the theory of Miles and Huberman with three steps, they are data reduction, data presentation, conclution and verification. This study based on the theory of services performance and than formulated with the theory of D&M IS Succes Model which consists of 5 indicators: supporter tools, system quality, operational, servicess and the resulting impact. Of the 5 indicators they are founded that the first indicator supporter tools already satisfied, but the limited room causing all of services maximal less. Whereas for other indicators has a good result, effective and efficience. So, the researchers make the conclution that performance of the library automation system based on the program of IBRA V6 at circulation process in Adiba Library of SDIT Luqman Al Hakim International is good.
