Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes, Salaries, Benefits, Incentive on Employee Performance Effectiveness in BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. The data used in this research is the primary data obtained through questionnaires and interviews. Data collection techniques that is by taking all the exiting population because the number of respondents is less than 100. This research method using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.00 software aid used to see the influence of independent variabel in the form of Knowledge, Skills, Attitude, Salary, Benefits, Incentive on Employee Performance Effectivity in BRPS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. The results showed that based on F test, the six independent variables have an effect on Employee Performance Effectiveness, shown by F value of 141.933 and significance of 0.000, overall independent variable able to explain the influence of 95.8%. while based on t test partially, indicate that Knowladge, Skill, Attitude, and Benefits have positive significance effect while Incentive have no significant effect.
