Abstract
Tata ruang perpustakaan sekolah adalah pengaturan ruangan dan bagian- bagian yang berada didalamnya seperti perabotan dan peralatan perpustakaan lainnya. Perabotan dan perpustakaan sekolah harus ditata secara rapi dan sesuai dengan fungsinya masing-masing serta dapat memudahkan proses kegiatan pelayanan di perpustakaan (Yusuf, 2010:98). Tujuan dari penataan ruang yang baik, yaitu untuk mempermudah pekerjaan yang dikerjakan oleh petugas perpustakaan, selain itu agar pemustaka senang dan nyaman jika berada di perpustakaan. Tata ruang perpustakaan MTs Negeri Seyegan menggunakan sistem tata baur. Penataan rak koleksi belum tertata secara baik. Ruang petugas masih menjadi satu dengan ruang koleksi, sedangkan dalam segi pencahayaan, suhu ruangan (pengudaraan) dan warna ruangan untuk penataan ruangan di perpustakaan MTs Negeri Seyegan sudah baik. Kata Kunci : Tata Ruang, Tujuan Tata Ruang, Tata Ruang Perpustakaan MTs Negeri Seyegan.
