Abstract

The level of financial performance of sharia banking has fluctuated from 2011-2016, especially in sharia commercial banks. The bank's financial performance can be seen from the value of ROE presented in the annual report of each bank that looks unstable. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that can affect the high performance of low-yield sharia banks in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research. The research population is all Sharia Commercial Banks registered at Bank Indonesia for 2011-2016 period. Bank samples used are 11 sharia banks. Data were collected using the annual bank report documentation. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that there are influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating and Operating Revenue (BOPO) and Financial Deposit Ratio (FDR) to Financial Performance, either partially or partially.
