Abstract

On the surroundings of campus, there’s movement called as college islamic preaching. The purpose is to preach the message of Islam and people around the area of university to join the islamic life as better Muslims. This sheltered by kind of league commonly called as “Lembaga Dakwah Kampus” (LDK), which literally means “Campus Islamic Preaching League”. A peacher who involved requires some provisions such as akhlaqul karimah. To keep their akhlak (morale, manner) between the preachers, communication pattern is required. Kind of communication which purposely required to spread Islamic messages by their preachers to the mad’u (preaching object) called as “missionary communication”. This recearch uses a descriptive method qualitative approaching to gain the complete explanation on the process of missionary communication of the preachers of LDK Sunan Kalijaga abot how they keep the akhlak between the preachers. The result of this research shows that on LDK Sunan Kalijaga, the process of missionary communication works by the cooperation between the main administrators (chairman, secretary, and department supervisors) and the regular staffs. Based on the case, the research about missionary communication which related to akhlaqul akrimah needs some advanced follow-up. On every condition, morevoer when communicating through social media, the preachers need to communicate with good words and good manner. Especially the chairman. Because the leader figure will be an uswah (example) and a qudwah (role mode) to his personnels. It will affect all the work and the result on Islamic preaching.
