Abstract

This research aims to explain the effect of workload, remuneration, and burnout on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Bank Muamalat KC Yogyakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Muamalat Kc Yogyakarta. While the number of samples taken was 50 respondents using Roscoe's theory. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis method used is path analysis. The results showed that the variable workload, burnout, and job satisfaction simultaneously affect performance. Workload and burnout variables simultaneously affect job satisfaction. While the remuneration variable does not affect employee performance and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance. And job satisfaction can mediate the variable workload and burnout on the performance of employees of Bank Muamalat KC Yogyakarta. Whereas in the remuneration variable, job satisfaction is not a mediator between remuneration and performance.
