Abstract
National development cannot be separated from the role of local government in utilizing the available resourches. PAD is a regional recognition that reflects the level of regional independence. This study aims to analyze the macroekonomic variabels that I use are Gross Regional Domestic Product, population, and government expenditure. This study uses panel data regression, the result show that the best model to use is the fixed effect model. The results of the test that have been carried out are that the variabels of PDRB and Government Expenditure have an effect on PAD, while the total population has no effect on PAD.
